Question: Should student behaviour be monitored with cctv during school hour? Answer: The school authorities often install CCTV cameras inside the school premises, in the classroom, with the purpose of monitoring the behavior of the students. The school authorities are of the opinion that if these cameras are installed in the schools then the students who constantly bullies other, or make any kind of pranks for the others, could be monitored. According to the school authorities, the installation of the CCTV camera will check the behavior of the students and those who are always the target of the bullies would be saved at the same time, as there will be no nasty pranks played with them. There are many students in the school, who are shy and at the same time, they lack the power or the ability to have bodily fights with the other boys and girls of the school. Thus, they became the target of the bullies, and they have to face humiliation like their shoelace being pulled off, they are being thrown on the ground, and thus they are injured as well. Therefore, CCTV camera will definitely be helpful in monitoring the behavior of these pupils, and put a check on those behavior that are not only unwanted in the school but also in the society.
